Waw woman smokes marijuana while breastfeeding

This picture broke the internet, a woman spotted smoking marijuana n feeding her baby same time. If she's mad I can understand that but this woman is in her right frame of mind well except that the weed is already getting her high. But what manner of parent will smoke and feed her child, if by chance tomorrow the child decides to smoke too the mom will obviously release the african parent in her. I feel this woman need a psychological therapy.
